Pickup – Monday, Sept. 18 Noon – 5:00 p.m

5 Easy Steps to Successful Consigning:

Register online to become a consignor.

  • Print out your tag template and make copies.
  • Complete your tags and attach them to your items according to the tagging instructions.
  • Bring your items during drop off days and we will do the rest.
  • Wait for your check to be mailed  2 weeks from  the last sale date.

How it Works

  • We are using barcodes on our tags. Make sure your tag has a barcode!
  • Register online by clicking here. To consign, a minimum of 25 items must be tagged in the sale.  Please bring extras just in case some of your items are rejected.
  • We will e-mail you your tag template which will have your seller id # on there for your convenience.  Complete one tag for each item you are selling and attach the tag to the item according to the tagging instruction.  *If you need us to print out your tag template please email us with all your registration information and how many tags you will need.
  • Bring your items during the designated drop-off time and we will do the rest.
  • You must sort all items by size and gender. For example, place all 2T Girls items together and rubberband the hangers together and place all the 6 month boys items together and rubberband them together..
  • Consignors receive 65% of the selling price, and you set your own price.  There will be a $5.00 facility fee that will deducted from your check.
  • The wonderful thing about being a consignor is that you will be able to shop early for our sale and enjoy the bargains before the public.  At drop off, Consignors receive a pre-sale pass and one guess pass to shop the sale early.
  • During the pre-sale, consignors will receive a ticket to be entered into a drawing for door prizes (Bee’s Bucks, special gifts, etc.).
  • After the sale, you must pick up your unsold items on the designated pick up day.  Any items remaining after pick up will be donated to local charities.
  • Sit back and wait for your check to mailed 2 weeks after pick-up.
